Where to start
Please complete the form below by clicking the "Request a Quote" button. Providing comprehensive details about your desired trip will enable us to furnish a timely quote. An Infinity Tour Consultant will contact you within 48 hours.

Quote & Approval
You’ll receive an estimated trip cost within 7-10 days of connecting with an Infinity Tour Consultant. Once you’ve approved the estimate you will need to get District approval for your trip.

Travel Plans Secured
Once you have your district approval and have signed our Service Agreement, invoices will be sent and a deposit will be due within three weeks. Remaining payment dates will be established and travel planning can begin!

Details & Booking
Your Tour Consultant will provide regular updates throughout the planning process. All travelers can register using a private link, which offers access to trip information and streamlines aspects of team travel. You will retain final approval over all travel decisions.

Let's Go!
Prior to your departure, your Tour Consultant will conduct a meeting to equip you, the group's travel leader, and deliver all necessary trip materials. You will be responsible for navigating all trip logistics unless you opt for an Infinity Tour Host or an on call Trip Manager for your trip.

Post Tour
After your return from tour your Tour Consultant will meet with you to debrief the trip and collect any necessary items. We also encourage you to complete our post-tour survey, which helps us continually enhance Infinity's services.

Let us handle all your team's meal logistics, from sit-down group dinners to quick food deliveries at game locations. This removes the burden of finding dining options, allowing you to focus entirely on your players and enjoy a smoother trip. We can even provide them with cashless Till cards for easy access to nearby vendors, offering variety without the hassle and liability of cash.
Area Sightseeing
Sightseeing provides sports groups with a valuable chance to bond, relax, and experience local culture outside of their sport. It's a great way to take a break, explore landmarks or city centers, and build team camaraderie through shared experiences. If you would like to plan any additional activities beyond games or tournaments we would love to suggest ideas and book experiences for you.

Incorporating activities like college visits and stadium tours into your trip can offer your team a fantastic blend of inspiration and education. Exploring universities and iconic stadiums can ignite a passion for both academic and athletic excellence, showing young athletes what's possible at the next level.
