THE INFINITY TEAM

OUR STORY

Every great journey starts somewhere. Ours started with a phone call from a choir teacher who needed help. In 2010, Mike and Greta Crockett were just trying to make things a little easier for Mike’s mom — a choir director at Springville High School who had been planning her own tours for years and was running out of bandwidth to do it all. Mike knew Southern California well enough to put together a solid itinerary, and the trip went beautifully. What they didn’t expect was what happened next: other teachers started calling.

It turned out that what Mike’s mom needed, dozens of directors needed too. Someone who understood the pressure they were under — the budgets, the district approvals, the parent questions, the constant responsibility of traveling with other people’s children. Someone who would handle the details so they could focus on their students. Infinity Tours was built around that insight. Not just booking travel, but understanding what teachers actually need from a tour — and delivering it with the kind of transparency and care that earns trust year after year.

In a few short years, Infinity became the leading student tour operator in Utah. Over the next decade, Mike and Greta expanded the team, took on new markets, and kept saying yes to challenges that pushed them to grow — marching bands and orchestras, cheer squads and sports teams, corporate incentive trips and family reunions. Each new group taught them something. Each new destination sharpened their craft. In 2023, they launched the Elevated Concert Series — a curated performance program that gives student ensembles access to world-class venues like Carnegie Hall and Grace Cathedral. It was the natural evolution of everything Infinity had always stood for: not just taking students somewhere, but giving them an experience that changes who they are.

Today, Infinity is a team of more than 30 travel professionals, tour consultants, and experience engineers. The faces have changed, the destinations have multiplied, and the phone rings a lot more than it used to. But the mission is exactly the same as it was on that first choir trip: make it easier for the people who lead, so they can make it extraordinary for the people they serve.

“We didn’t set out to build a company. We set out to solve a problem for someone we loved.”
