The festival begins at Grace Cathedral with a welcome and introduction. Choirs will then rehearse 2-3 pieces with the Grammy winning vocal ensemble Chanticleer, followed by individual breakout sessions for personalized feedback on performance, artistry, and interpretation.

After lunch, there will be a final combined rehearsal and separate individual stage and logistic choir rehearsals. The evening features a pizza dinner and a concert where each choir performs for up to 10 minutes, culminating in an all-choir final performance. An after-party cruise will follow the concert for all participating choirs.
